Electric Bicycle Feasibility Study

re: Charge-e, Inc. is a young mobility startup company, however, our co-founders, Jeff Olson and Julien Bouget, have been working together for many years. In 2015, they published a report on the future of electric bike share funded by New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), in which they discuss the American and international shared micromobility markets and the challenges that faced them. Many of the legal challenges referenced in this report have now been overcome, so, we are proudly sharing it again today as we forge ahead to enact continued growth in the micromobility ecosystem.
